ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING/VAPING - NO PETS
All units have Dish TV, microwaves, refrigerator,
stove, dishes, pans, cooking utensils, coffee
maker, toaster, bed-bath-kitchen linens, heat and
air-conditioning, BBQ grills.
Guests must provide their own swimming
towels.
We will gladly accept your cash or a check.
There is a 3.8% non cash adjustment on all MasterCard - Visa or Discover cards.

Check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out time is
before 10am.

Add $15.00 per night for each additional
person.

Children under six stay free (limit two free per
cabin)

A deposit is required at the time of reservation.
All deposits will be deducted from the balance of
the final bill. The entire stay must be paid
for at check-in. Phone reservations will be held no
longer than 7 days without deposit.

Rates quoted above do not include state sales
tax.

There is a three day minimum on Memorial Day and
Labor Day weekends.

Due to demand, there is a one-week minimum for some
weeks during prime season.

Boat slips in a covered, lighted boat dock are
available.
10'x24' is $20 per day - 12'x30' is $25 per day.

We DO NOT guarantee the condition of the lake - the
weather or the fishing - however we DO guarantee clean
accommodations.

No charging of electric vehicles on resort property.

CANCELATION POLICY: Our cancelation policy is intended to be fair
with our guests and yet to prevent loss of
income to our business. Once we reserve a unit
for a guest, we remove that unit from the
market, refusing all other requests for it. If a
guest cancels a reservation earlier than
90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, we
will refund the deposit, less a 20% service
charge. If a guest cancels within the 90 days,
they will be responsible for the amount of the
reservation for the total time reserved if the
time reserved cannot be refilled. There will be
NO refund for early departures. Balance due upon
arrival for total time reserved.
